Position Summary

The General Manager – Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships will lead the overall commercial growth of QHRM by driving Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Market Expansion initiatives. The role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, building strategic alliances, and positioning QHRM as the leading HR Technology ecosystem across Myanmar and Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will oversee enterprise sales, channel partnerships, marketing operations, customer acquisition, and strategic business opportunities while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute annual business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth across all QHRM products and services.
  • Identify new market opportunities, vertical industries, and expansion strategies.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning activities.
  • Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales Team.
  • Develop sales strategies for SME, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Build strong relationships with CEOs, CHROs, HR Directors, and C-Level decision makers.
  • Establish and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Drive key account management and strategic customer acquisition initiatives.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that accelerate business growth.
  • Develop relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, universities, and government organizations.
  • Build reseller, referral, implementation, and channel partner networks.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Explore regional expansion opportunities and international partnerships.
  • Develop ecosystem partnerships with payroll providers, banks, insurance companies, recruitment agencies, and training institutions.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee brand strategy, positioning, and market awareness campaigns.
  • Lead digital marketing, events, public relations, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Strengthen QHRM's thought leadership position within the HR and technology sectors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across all channels.

Customer Success & Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to improve customer retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the QHRM ecosystem.
  • Drive customer advocacy, testimonials, and referral programs.
  • Expand QHRM's presence into new geographical markets and industry sectors.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
  • Establish performance management frameworks and KPIs.
  • Mentor department leaders and develop succession plans.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in SaaS, HR Technology, ERP, CRM, Enterprise Software, or Technology Services.
  • Proven success in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partnership Management.
  • Strong network within corporate, government, and business communities.
  • Experience in regional market expansion and strategic alliance management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business planning capabilities.
