GEOINT Analyst
Critical decisions are made every day in our government and intelligence community (IC). As a GEOINT Analyst on our team, you will help clients understand and implement the most efficient analytic strategies to acquire and understand the data they require. You will develop information‑fusion strategies combining GEOINT with other sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, and MASINT, to produce comprehensive reporting that informs senior policymakers, warfighters, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to provide actionable intelligence and context.
• Validate information and apply imagery‑analysis tradecraft to refine collection strategies and analytic approaches for emerging problem sets.
• Make time‑critical recommendations under pressure to support warfighters and national security objectives.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 shift schedule that may require shift work.
Qualifications
- Experience with real‑time mission execution and adaptive responses to ad‑hoc requests.
- Knowledge of Overhead Persistent Infra Red (OPIR) tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, or dissemination processes.
- Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems to achieve mission objectives.
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of GEOINT or mission‑management experience in operational environments, or a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in the same field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Display ingenuity, resourcefulness, and advanced application of scientific principles and concepts.
- Leverage and enhance existing applications or methods, providing input for new development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement programs, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
