Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Information Management, Data Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in geospatial governance, Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI), enterprise GIS, or government advisory roles.
Strong understanding of geospatial governance frameworks, policies, standards, metadata, data quality management, and interoperability.
Experience developing and implementing Spatial Data Infrastructure programmes and enterprise geospatial strategies.
Experience providing advisory and technical consultancy services to government entities or large organisations.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, geospatial standards, and enterprise architecture.
Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, governance committees, and cross entity collaboration.
Ability to develop policies, procedures, guidelines, and governance documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
