CAPDA is looking for someone with strong Defence commercial/procurement experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and confidence working in structured governance environments to coordinate the delivery of Government Furnished Information, Documentation and Software.
The role ensures compliant, timely, and secure provision of GFx in accordance with Head Contract requirements.
Responsibilities
You’ll manage workflow tracking/reporting, drive timely releases, and help resolve interdependencies across security, export controls, technical data management, procurement and contract management.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery of Government Furnished Information and/or technical data within Defence or complex acquisition programs
- Strong understanding of Defence governance, security, and export control requirements
- Experience managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and reporting across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate across technical, commercial, and program environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution capability
