🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Government Officer / Policy Executive / Public Administrator to support policy initiatives, administrative operations, and stakeholder coordination activities.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Support policy research, analysis, and administrative coordination activities
- Assist with implementation of public programs, initiatives, and operational processes

- Monitor program performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness
- Support public engagement, communications, and stakeholder outreach activities

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, Law, Social Sciences, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in public administration, policy, governance, operations, or related roles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Understanding of governance structures, policy development, or public sector operations
- Excellent writing, reporting, and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams effectively
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with administrative systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
