Key Responsibilities
- Develop reclamation, post-mining, and watershed rehabilitation (DAS) plans, including RR, RPT, AMDAL, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, government institutions, and related stakeholders to support project execution, compliance, and achievement of company targets.
- Monitor and evaluate implementation progress, conduct periodic field verifications (self-assessment), and recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and environmental performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reclamation and watershed rehabilitation (DAS); experience in the mining industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in ArcGIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Familiar with environmental regulations and reclamation compliance requirements.
