Role Overview
SMART Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and well-connected professional to lead proposal development, government relations, tender management, and business development. This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to public sector systems, development agencies, or top-tier consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Proposal & Bid Management: Track tenders (PPMO & portals), prepare technical/financial proposals, ensure compliance, manage submissions.
- Government Relations: Build and maintain relationships with bureaucrats and ministries; represent the organization in official meetings.
- Business Development & Networking: Identify partnerships, projects, and funding opportunities; follow up with leads.
- Training & Program Management: Design and coordinate workshops and capacity-building programs.
- Research & Communication: Conduct research, prepare presentations, concept notes, and reports.
Candidate Profile
Preferred Backgrounds (Any One):
- Public Sector / Development: PhD candidate, researcher, retired Under Secretary or above, experienced with international agencies.
- Private Sector / Consulting: MBA from top school, experience with Big Four or top consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), strong exposure to public sector advisory or strategy.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proposal writing, tender management, and PPMO knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation (PPT), and negotiation skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Well-spoken, presentable, autonomous, outspoken, results-oriented
- Willing to travel as needed
Compensation
