What You’ll do for us:
1. Government Liaison & Regulatory Coordination
– Liaise with government institutions (Ministry of Industry, Trade, Customs, BKPM); monitor and interpret new regulations.
2. Import License Management (CBU & CKD)
– Handle end-to-end import licenses for CBU/CKD; ensure quota and document compliance; coordinate with internal teams.
3. TKDN (Local Content) Compliance
– Manage TKDN certification, reporting, and audits; work with engineering/suppliers to meet local content targets.
4. LCEV / LICV Program Management
– Manage low-emission vehicle program compliance, incentives, tax benefits, and policy monitoring for EV/hybrid.
5. Risk Management & Issue Resolution
– Identify regulatory risks, resolve licensing delays/compliance gaps, and ensure business continuity.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in government liaison, trade compliance, or import licensing.
3. Automotive industry background is strongly preferred.
4. Strong government relationship management and proactive problem-solving for licensing/regulatory issues.
5. Fluent in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken), capable of using them as working languages.
