Aerion Aerospace is expanding its Government Business Division and is looking for a Government Tender & GeM Executive who can identify, evaluate, prepare, and submit government tenders across Central and State Government departments.
If you have hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, Defence procurement, PSU tenders, and government bidding, we'd like to hear from you.

Government Tender & GeM Executive
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and shortlist relevant tenders from:
- GeM Portal
- CPP Portal
- Defence Procurement Portals
- State e-Tender Portals
- PSU Procurement Portals
- Railways
- Smart Cities
- Municipal Corporations
- Defence & Police Departments
- Analyze tender eligibility and bid requirements.
- Prepare complete technical and commercial bid documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical specifications, compliance documents, certifications, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Upload and submit bids within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain EMDs, tender fees, BGs, declarations, and statutory documentation.
- Track bid status, clarifications, corrigenda, technical evaluations, and financial bid openings.
- Coordinate post-award documentation including purchase orders, contracts, performance guarantees, and compliance.
- Maintain a centralized tender database and MIS reports.
- Identify new government business opportunities aligned with Aerion's products and services.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Creating and maintaining GeM and Government e-Procurement portals.
- Knowledge of government tender documentation and bidding procedures.
- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Electronics, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, IT, or Engineering tenders is preferred.
- Strong documentation, proposal writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Government Tender Management.
- Experience working with MSME, Startup India, Make in India, Defence, Railways, PSU, or Government procurement will be an added advantage.
