Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members to conduct various business transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct research and data gathering to support cost structure analysis and identify pain points and inefficiencies of business flow.
  • Support the development of business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for transformation projects
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to gather information and facilitate discussions
  • Provide administrative support for BT projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes and action items

Special Skills Required

  • Must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 to 29 with legally employable to work in both Mainland China and Hong Kong
  • Willing to be stationed in in Hong Kong and Qianhai, Shenzhen during the 18-month contract period, and open to assignments in other mainland cities and Hong Kong as required
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Operations Research or other related analytical field
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English including Putonghua
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, knowledge on workflow package and MS Project is highly advantageous
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a professional demeanor
