We are seeking a Grant Administrator to support the implementation, coordination, and administration of grant-funded programs and strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for project tracking, documentation management, procurement support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting grants, programs, projects, or administrative operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with grant administration, government programs, public health initiatives, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
