We are seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong visual sense, and enjoys working across multiple brands and campaigns.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with our brand strategies. This role requires both creative thinking and practical execution, with the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, menus, banners, and digital ads
- Support campaign development by translating concepts into creative visuals
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (print and digital)
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for branch-specific promotions
- Assist in basic photo editing and content preparation
- Explore and integrate AI tools and modern design trends into daily work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, or similar is an advantage
- Understanding of social media trends and content creation
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to take feedback and adapt designs accordingly
