Job Description
- Lead, manage, and develop the Government Sales team to achieve the company's business and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for Government sectors, including Ministries, Government Agencies, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Regional-Owned Enterprises (ROEs), and other public institutions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and the implementation of business agreements.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members to enhance productivity and capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure the achievement of team KPIs, revenue targets, and overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 1–2 years of leadership experience as a Sales Group Head or equivalent managerial role.
- Proven experience managing Government clients, Ministries, Government Agencies, or State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Extensive network within Government institutions is considered a strong advantage.
- Target-driven with excellent business analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
