The Group Product Manager leads Our Client's Product Management department and owns product direction and execution quality across three enterprise products deployed at Egyptian ministries and large corporates. This is a founding-era role: the person who fills it will define how our client does product.
What You Own
- Product roadmap across our products line, strategy-to-execution.
- The PM-to-Engineering loop: BRDs, user stories, UX assets, acceptance criteria. A 4-person engineering team (all code AI-generated) runs lean because your outputs are sharp.
- Team output quality — PO, UX Designer, QC all work to your standards.
- Voice of Customer: systematic capture from CS&S, presales, workshops, support tickets → personas → pains → roadmap candidates.
- Sales enablement: pitch decks, demo flows, capability matrices, RFP libraries — living assets, not one-offs.
- Customer-facing presence: ministry meetings, conferences, strategic deal pursuits, GITEX-class events.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years total experience, 3+ in product management / product ownership / BA with real PM remit.
- Enterprise / B2B software background (not consumer-SaaS). Government, banking, or regulated-industry exposure preferred.
- Demonstrated BRD, user-story, and acceptance-criteria craft — artifacts you personally authored.
- Daily AI-tooling usage (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, Jira AI, Figma AI). Tested live in assessment.
- Team leadership over PO/BA/UX/QC. Comfortable setting standards and holding people accountable.
- Arabic–English bilingual at professional level (verified mid-interview).
- Customer-facing confidence: workshops, demos, discovery sessions, industry events.
Nice-to-Have
- ECM / BPM / correspondence management / workflow automation product experience (IBM FileNet, OpenText, K2, Pega, Bizagi).
- AI product experience (LLMs, RAG, Document AI, OCR).
- Egyptian government or large-corporate client exposure.
- Multi-product oversight.
- Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, Notion, Productboard.
