Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and execution-focused Growth Operations Associate based in Nepal to support marketing and sales operations across multiple software products and apps.
This is a remote paid trial contractor role, ideal for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, sales operations, business development, or digital operations.
You should be comfortable working with modern software tools, learning quickly, keeping systems organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
The initial engagement will be a paid trial contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and fit.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain marketing and sales pipelines across multiple products
– Keep CRM records clean, organized, and up to date
– Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and campaign progress
– Support outbound and inbound sales coordination
– Coordinate social media scheduling and content publishing workflows
– Learn and use tools such as Attio, HeyGen, Arcads, social media schedulers, and other AI-enabled tools
– Help execute growth campaigns and day-to-day operational tasks
– Prepare simple reports, updates, and performance tracking
– Coordinate across different workstreams with consistency and attention to detail
– Use AI tools to improve research, drafting, reporting, organization, and campaign execution
Requirements
– Based in Nepal
– 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales operations, business development, growth, or related roles
– Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
– Good written and verbal English communication
– Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, online software, and digital platforms
– Exposure to AI tools, or strong willingness to learn quickly
– Able to work effectively in a remote environment
– Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
– Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented
Nice to Have
– Experience working in a startup, agency, SaaS company, or fast-paced digital business
– Experience with CRM or pipeline tools
– Experience with social media scheduling or campaign execution
– Experience supporting lead generation, follow-ups, or customer communication
– Experience with tools like Attio, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, Arcads, LinkedIn, X, or other marketing and AI tools
