Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities for Civil and Architectural works
- Support in creation of technical scope of works , SOPs , work plans , Schedules and project implementation strategies
- Oversee fit-out projects , renovations, and facility enhancement , ensuring compliance with corporate identity , design standards
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors and service providers to ensure adherence to project scope, KPIs, quality standards , timelines, and safety requirements
- Conduct regular building and facility inspections to identify defects or issues such as ( leaks, cracks, finishing defects ) then implement corrective actions
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance program for all Civil assets (e.g., flooring systems, ceilings, painting, glass work, waterproofing and insulation systems )
- Manage and monitor work orders related to civil and architectural works, ensuring timely completion
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications to ensure proper execution
- Perform quantity surveying, prepare Bill of Quantities, and develop technical scopes for new projects, renovations & modifications.
- Provide technical cost estimates, budget forecasts, and support tendering process by evaluating contractor bids and offering technical recommendations
- Support space management initiatives, optimizing office space utilization, seating layouts, and internal relocation projects to maximize operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and inventory.
- Train and develop team members in best practices and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as needed for specialized work.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide technical support and supervision during critical incidents.
Job Requirements
Education:
- High school, Diploma in maintenance or related field
Experience:
- 20+ years with a large facility management companies,
Competencies:
- Good in English and Arabic.
- Established interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management
- Good communication & reporting skills.
- Proven experience in electromechanical
- Coordination & organizational skills
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Service providers management
- Familiar with CAFM and CMMS
