About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic technology leader to establish and lead a newly formed Digital Division within a complex enterprise environment.
This executive role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) as well as Project, Programme and Portfolio Management practices. The successful candidate needs to ensure that all digital and technology investments are aligned to business objectives and comply with regulatory and governance requirements. Furthermore, the successful candidate will play a critical role in optimising investment decisions, enhancing operational oversight, and fostering a culture of accountability within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Digital Team as the central governance function for all digital and technology initiatives.
Develop, implement, and oversee programme and portfolio governance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including ISO 27001 and COBIT
Strong experience overseeing CAPEX and OPEX expenditure
Develop and maintain executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
Vender Management will be a key deliverable together with ensuring SLA performance management.
Align digital investments with organisational strategy and business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant IT field of study or a related discipline.
Minimum of 12 years' experience within IT governance or enterprise PMO environments.
Strong knowledge of ERP
Practical experience such as COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, or equivalent.
Additional governance or risk management certifications will be advantageous.
