BFF Robots is not a robotics company in the traditional sense. We are a platform. Anyone a consumer, a creator, a business, a healthcare operator can go to bffrobots.com, upload a photo or type a description, and we manufacture a custom humanoid robot built around their vision. Starting at $2,509.

On top of the hardware, we are launching Genesis Humanoid Control an AI operating system that gives every BFF Robot a persistent identity, memory, and voice. Your robot remembers you. It grows with you. It becomes yours.

We are at the beginning of something massive. And we need a Head of Growth & Marketing who can build the engine that takes us from early momentum to household name.

What You Will Own

  • Consumer Growth (B2C): Turn the BFF Robots creator experience into a viral loop. Every person who designs a custom robot on our platform is a story worth telling. You will build the content strategy, creator partnerships, and social presence that makes BFF Robots the most talked-about brand in robotics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Creator & Influencer Ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with creators, makers, futurists, and tech enthusiasts who will become BFF Robots ambassadors. This is not influencer marketing as usual these are co-creators who will design robots, document the experience, and bring their audiences into the BFF Robots universe.
  • B2B & Enterprise Pipeline: Partner directly with the founder to build awareness and inbound demand among healthcare operators, retail chains, hospitality groups, and government agencies. You will develop the case studies, thought leadership content, and direct outreach campaigns that open doors at the C-suite level.
  • Brand & Community: Own the BFF Robots brand voice across every channel. Build the community of robot builders, Genesis users, and EIR partners that makes BFF Robots more than a product — a movement.
  • Revenue: This role is tied directly to sales. You will own the top of the funnel and be accountable for qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue attribution across all three segments.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, or content strategy — ideally at a consumer tech, hardware, or high-growth startup
  • A proven track record of building audiences from scratch and converting them into customers
  • Deep fluency in short-form video, creator culture, and social platform dynamics. You know what makes something spread and go viral
  • Experience with B2B marketing and enterprise content is a strong plus
  • Data-driven: you track what works, cut what does not, and optimize relentlessly
  • A genuine passion for robotics, AI, or emerging technology. You need to believe in what you are selling
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial: this is a high-autonomy role at an early-stage company; you will set the strategy and execute it
