Job Description:
The Head of Islamic Finance Structuring & Sharia-Compliant Products will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of Sharia-compliant financial products across the organization. Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Islamic finance, with at least 7 years in a senior management role focused on product structuring and development.
- Extensive knowledge of Sharia law and its application within financial products, augmented by formal qualifications or certifications in Islamic finance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth in Islamic finance offerings, with measurable success in enhancing product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance regulations affecting Islamic financial products, with a track record of implementing risk mitigation strategies.
