Track 1: Head of Business Development
You are an industry heavyweight who knows the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem inside and out. You don't just follow the market; you shape it.
What You’ll Drive:

Lead major business growth initiatives, expand our healthcare networks, and forge high-level strategic partnerships.

Spearhead complex deal-making, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Leverage your elite network of government agencies, regulators, insurance providers, and hospital groups to unlock lucrative business opportunities.

Command the financial strategy through rigorous P&L management, forecasting, and investment analysis.
What You Bring:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or senior leadership within a corporatised healthcare setting.

Deep fluency in Malaysia's regulatory frameworks, healthcare financing models, and private healthcare operations.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Medical degree (MBBS, MD) is highly advantageous and gives you a distinct edge.
Track 2: Corporate Healthcare Sales Executive
You are dynamic, highly self-motivated, and thrive on building relationships. You are the boots on the ground, ensuring our corporate clients get exactly what they need while constantly uncovering new revenue streams.
What You’ll Drive:

Conduct market research to develop targeted sales strategies and organize marketing activities to increase corporate client utilization.

Craft compelling, accurate proposals and quotations with a strict 48-hour turnaround time.

Act as the ultimate liaison between corporate clients, clinics, and HQ, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround on inquiries and zero client complaints.

Conduct client feedback surveys to continually improve our service delivery and hit >90% satisfaction rates.
What You Bring:

Anywhere from zero experience (ambitious fresh graduates with basic selling skills) up to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

A Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Willingness to travel, possessing your own transport to meet clients where they are.

A highly self-motivated mindset capable of withstanding the physical and emotional demands of a fast-paced sales environment.
