Role Description
This is a full-time role with flexibility for WFH when not visiting clients. The Head of North Asia will participate in the full lifecycle of selling B2B technology software, manage presales, POC, post-sales, manage key client accounts, develop account strategies, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure client satisfaction in Hong Kong and Macau. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, supporting business planning, and addressing client concerns promptly to deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in technology-related or STEM subjects with at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in technology sales, presales, or consulting
- Proficiency in Cantonese Chinese, Mandarin Chinese, and English is mandatory
- Experience closing deals in full-cycle, multi-million technology solutions preferred
- Experience meeting ambitious sales targets in technology companies
- Familiarity with SIEM/UEBA/SOAR products like Splunk is highly preferred
- Strong relationships with local system integrators and/or end users of IT departments from 中资/港资 preferred
