Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-program initiatives for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS). This role focuses on program implementation & stakeholder management (NOT an IT PM role).
🔑 Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to launch & stabilization
• Strong stakeholder management (CMS, MCOs, providers, agencies)
• Expertise in project planning & controls (Workplans, RACI, RAID logs, action/decision tracking)
• Drive risk/issue management, governance, and decision-making
• Translate policy into operational execution
• Support change management, training, and readiness activities
• Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and accountability
✅ Must-Have:
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Experience with project management tools & frameworks
• Ability to manage ambiguity & fast-paced environments
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Medicaid / CMS / Health & Human Services experience
• Section 1115 Waivers
• Government / regulatory program experience
• PMP Certification
