Role Description The HR Admin Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The HR Admin Assistant helps coordinate interviews, training schedules, and employee engagement activities, while also handling routine inquiries from team members. The role includes tasks such as updating HR databases, managing attendance and leave records, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The HR Admin Assistant collaborates closely with HR and other departments to provide efficient administrative support and contribute to a positive workplace experience.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including document management, record keeping, and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Relevant experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or regional business environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
