Goni Group is looking for HR & Administration Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist the HR Manager in all HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and exit processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle visa application and renewal processes for foreign nationals and company representatives.
- Coordinate with embassies, immigration authorities, travel agencies, and relevant government offices.
- Prepare visa-related documents, invitation letters, NOCs, and supporting paperwork.
- Maintain records of passports, visas, work permits, and travel schedules.
- Assist in international travel arrangements, ticket booking, and accommodation coordination.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: Coordinating, Air Ticketing and Visa processing.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Engineering Firms,Travel Agent,Architecture Firm,Group of Companies,Food (Packaged)
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and personnel file management.
- Experience in foreign visa processing and documentation.
- Excellent document control and record management skills.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Good English writing and correspondence skills.
