Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, expertise in HR data analytics, and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR operations. The candidate should have experience managing employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, stay interviews and initiatives focused on enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, absenteeism, and performance data.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor HR trends and provide actionable insights to improve people processes and employee experience.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of HRIS data and employee records.
  • Analyse recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and attrition metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and track relevant KPIs.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys, stay interviews, and pulse surveys, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Review HR policies and processes using data and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management through data analysis and reporting.
  • Track and report on Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to HR projects and initiatives across the markets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in HR
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
