Job Summary:
Support the designated Lines of Business (LOBs) through the implementation of various HR services in collaboration with HR Center of expertise, and to act as a focal point for LOB managers and employees, to ensure the business requirements are executed effectively in accordance with the HR policies & procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a solid relationship with the designated lines (LOBs) of business and collaborate with all HR Centers of Excellence to ensure effective and timely execution of business requests, and act as an internal consultant in HR related topics to support in achieving bank’s strategies.
- Support designated Groups/ Departments in effectively adhering to Performance Management (PM) Process, to ensure that the PM cycle is carried out efficiently within the set timeframes.
- Participate in BDC employees’ Promotions Cycle in collaboration with relevant HR centers of excellence, to ensure having a smooth and efficient promotions cycle process.
- Handle the Internal Mobility process to enhance BDC employees’ experience by gaining diversified knowledge in different functions across the bank.
- Support BDC’s Department Heads in dealing effectively with people related topics by providing advice and guidance on complex inquiries related to all aspects of HR Services from organization structuring, hiring, developing, to retaining.
- Conduct exit interviews in a timely manner and develop relevant analysis to ensure providing insights on employees’ turnover reasons and propose action plans (if needed).
- Work on the employee opinion survey results and create the relevant action plans with the relevant Group/ Department to tackle the pain points according to the survey results (if needed).
- Provide guidance and interpretation to all BDC staff on inquiries regarding HR policies & processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, bank laws, AML regulations and internal BDC policies and code of conduct, in order to maintain BDC’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- HR Business Partner: 2 – 4 years of experience in the HR field with at least 2 years in the banking sector, specialized in HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development functions.
- HR Certificate/ Diploma is preferred, master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
