🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The successful candidate will partner with managers and employees to deliver effective HR solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy working across multiple HR disciplines and contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Support employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies and workplace matters
- Administer employee records, HR documentation, and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Coordinate performance management, goal setting, and performance review cycles
- Assist with compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Support learning and development initiatives, employee training, and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards
- Assist with employee engagement, wellness, and organizational culture initiatives
- Support HR process improvement and digital transformation projects
- Coordinate exit interviews, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with managers and business leaders to address workforce planning needs
✅ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in human resources, HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD Level 5/7, or equivalent HR credentials
- Experience using HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, BambooHR, or similar HRIS solutions
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
- Experience supporting multinational organizations or shared service environments
- Familiarity with HR analytics, workforce planning, and HR compliance audits
- Experience participating in HR digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Multilingual communication skills, particularly English and Arabic, are highly desirable
