Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Administer assessments and background/reference checks.
- Prepare job offers, negotiate compensation, and issue employment contracts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring success rate, etc.).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements and documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientation and company policy briefing.
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for onboarding requirements (ID, system access, workspace).
- Ensure completion of employee 201 files and HRIS enrollment.
- Monitor probationary evaluation schedules.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
- Assist in payroll coordination and government-mandated benefits administration.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Process employee resignations and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from employees.
- Coordinate clearance process (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.).
- Prepare final pay documentation and necessary certificates (e.g., COE, BIR forms).
- Update HR records and ensure proper documentation filing.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
