We are looking for excellent Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Interns to kickstart their HR Careers at Viettel Group's headquarter.

Job description

  • Conduct research on government regulations, market trends (e.g., salary benchmarks), and internal company data to analyze factors influencing compensation policies and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Update and maintain data related to salary structures, compensation plans, and policies
  • Support the development of benefits programs and special incentives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Prepare reports and conduct analyses as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in: Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Able to work on-site at least 4 days/week.
  • Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
