The Organic Farm is the agricultural arm of Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), a diversified family office and investment group headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Based in Al Ain, the farm operates sustainable organic agricultural activities and forms part of ADCG's growing portfolio of operating businesses.
Job Purpose
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions for The Organic Farm, ensuring efficient workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The role supports both office-based employees and farm-based operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals, ADCG group HR standards, and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Lead end to end recruitment and onboarding for all farm and corporate position
- Develop workforce plans based on seasonal and operational requirements.
- Coordinate hiring across technical, administrative, and labor roles.
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with full accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal company policies.
- Oversee visa, labor card, and employee documentation processes end-to-end.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll inputs, allowances, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure accurate leave tracking and end-of-service benefit calculation
- Support salary benchmarking and periodic compensation reviews.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters fairly and in line with policy.
- Maintain positive employee engagement across office and farm-based teams.
- Support conflict resolution and constructive performance discussions.
Performance Management
- Implement KPI frameworks and performance review systems.
- Support department heads in evaluating and developing staff performance.
- Ensure alignment of individual objectives with business goals.
Policies & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety requirement
- Support internal and external audit and compliance requirements.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across all department
- Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse, multi-cultural workforce in an operational farm environment.
