I. HR Business Partner Responsibilities
1、Strategic HR Support • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and manpower budgeting. • Support organizational structure design and headcount planning. • Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
2、Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment process. • Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
3、Performance Management • Implement performance appraisal process. • Support goal setting and KPI tracking. • Assist in succession planning and talent development.
4、Employee Relations • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes. • Ensure proper documentation of HR cases. • Provide guidance on labor law compliance.
5、Payroll & C&B Coordination • Coordinate payroll processing with vendor/finance. • Manage government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). • Support benefits administration.
6、Labor Law Compliance • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations. • Liaise with DOLE and other government agencies when required. • Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
II. Administration Responsibilities
1、Office Management • Oversee daily office operations. • Manage office supplies and vendor contracts. • Supervise office maintenance and facility management.
2、 Government & Legal Compliance • Handle business permits renewal. • Coordinate with PEZA/BOI (if applicable). • Support visa/work permit applications for expatriates.
3、Travel & Logistics • Arrange flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation. • Support project site administrative coordination.
4、Vendor & Contract Management • Manage local service providers. • Review admin-related contracts.
5、Event & Internal Communication • Organize company events and engagement activities. • Support internal communication initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HRBP role.
• Experience handling administrative functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law.
• Experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, or multinational company preferred. • Strong English communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a standalone HR role.
