Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Staff role located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination among teams, managing communications, and supporting organizational activities. Additional responsibilities may include data entry, document management, assisting with event planning, and contributing to improving overall operational efficiency.

We are hiring an HR Business Partner for a leading retail and operations-driven organization in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
📅 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: MSW (HR) preferred
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Factory & Shops & Establishment Licenses (new/renewal)
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Compliance
• Experience handling CLRA and Contract Labour
• Liaising with Labour Department, PF, ESIC, BBMP and other government authorities
• Experience in employee relations and grievance handling
• Ability to read, write and speak Kannada is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
