Additional Qualifications Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR operations, or HR systems support.
- Familiarity with or exposure to SaaS HCM platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
- Understanding of core HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time, payroll, or talent management.
Other Essential Skills and Abilities
- Project Support: Provide assistance with planning and carrying out HCM SaaS implementation tasks across both functional and technical teams.
- Requirements and Documentation: Help gather client requirements, map out workflows, and keep comprehensive project records up to date.
- Configuration and Testing: Carry out basic system setup under supervision, run test scenarios, record outcomes, and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
- Data Management: Organize, check, and upload HR data while supporting efforts in data matching and ensuring high data quality.
- Training and Change Enablement: Aid in creating training resources, user manuals, and communications to help drive user engagement and adoption.
- Client Interaction: Take part in meetings and workshops with clients, ensuring information is communicated professionally and clearly.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with senior consultants, managers, and technical experts to ensure all project outputs satisfy expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in sharing knowledge internally, updating documentation, and developing reusable resources to boost project efficiency.
