Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Capital / Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or department head role.
- Experience in the healthcare, hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Human Capital functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, HR operations, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and oversee the overall Human Capital function, ensuring effective execution of HR strategies and daily operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support organizational growth.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, employee administration, and HR compliance in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and people initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance management, and provide appropriate HR solutions to support business needs.
- Implement and monitor performance management, talent development, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
- Execute and cascade Corporate Human Capital programs and strategic initiatives across the business unit, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee productivity.
