📍Job Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (walking distance via LRT Linked bridge)
🏢Job Type: Permanent full-time position (onsite)
⏱️Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resource & Administrative Executive to support our daily operations and people management processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing administrative efficiency with employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Perform accurate and timely HR data entry and maintain employee records
- Coordinate and manage HR activities, including onboarding, staff engagement, and internal events
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding
- Process and verify staff claims in accordance with company policies
- Act as a key point of contact for communicating HR updates, announcements, and policies to staff
Administration
- Oversee office maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and cost control
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
- Support team event planning and booking, including venue coordination, logistics arrangements, and vendor bookings
Finance Support
- Process invoices accurately and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles, including recruitment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
