The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader who partners with executive management to align people strategies with business objectives. You will lead all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational development, while fostering a high-performance, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the organization's HR strategy and drive a high-performing, people-focused culture. You will partner with senior leadership to oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, HR operations, and compliance while ensuring HR initiatives support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Oversee employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and DE&I initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership to support organizational growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience in the Power, Energy, or Solar industry is required.
- Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR/SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
