المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التجزئة (Retail).
- إلمام تام وشامل بجميع أقسام الموارد البشرية (التوظيف، الرواتب، التأمينات، علاقات الموظفين، وتقييم الأداء).
- القدرة على إدارة وتطوير الكوادر البشرية في بيئة عمل سريعة.
