Our client a MNC, is looking for an Arabic-speaking HR Generalist who can handle HR operations, compliance, employee documentation, government-related processes, and HR administration across the Middle East region
.
What the person will do day-to-day
1. HR Operations & Employee Administration
- Manage employee documents, contracts, letters, and records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee HR queries and administrative requests.
- Coordinate with HR teams, payroll, immigration, and shared services teams
- .Ensure employee data is updated in HR systems.
2. Compliance & Labor Law Support
- Understand UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait labor laws and HR regulations
- Ensure company policies comply with local laws
- Support audits, legal documentation, and policy updates.
- Maintain statutory and government-required records.
3. Nationalization & Pension Management
Manage Emiratization/Nationalization requirements.
• Register national employees in pension schemes (e.g., UAE Pension Fund).
• Coordinate with government portals such as Nafis and pension authorities.
• Track compliance and ensure all required submissions are completed on time.
4: Government & Arabic Documentation Support
• Act as a point of contact with government entities.
• Translate HR documents and official communications into Arabic.
• Support legal documents requiring Arabic language skills.
5: Vendor & Purchase Order Management
• Raise and manage HR-related Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams.
• Monitor HR vendor performance and compliance.
6:HR Projects & Process Improvement
• Improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Support HR initiatives and organizational changes.
- Help establish HR processes for new entities or business expansions.
