Role Description
KTC (K-Tech College) is a Korean government-backed program on a mission to connect Vietnam's brightest talent with top Korean companies – creating real careers, not just connections.
We're growing our team and looking for a driven HR Intern to be part of something meaningful. If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to see the real impact of your work, this is for you.
What You'll Do
• Screen and evaluate candidate CVs based on company-specific criteria
• Conduct short phone screening interviews (10–15 mins)
• Update candidate data and matching results into tracking systems
• Follow up across recruitment channels (LinkedIn, TopDev, ITViec,…)
• Supporting HR management functions
• Support on-site operations and candidate flow management
What We're Looking For
• Student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Confident communicator, especially over the phone
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
• Available on-site at COBI Tower II (District 7), HCMC
• Good English reading comprehension (for CV screening)
