Responsibility
1) C&B and Employee Relations
- Develop and implement the company’s performance management system (KPIs) and ensure effective execution.
- Conduct performance reviews and salary increment assessments in alignment with the approved company budget.
- Prepare and submit mandatory periodic reports to relevant government authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
- Calculate and administer holiday and Tet bonuses in line with company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and labor dispute resolution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide HR policies, internal regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Advise the Board of Directors on HR policies, compensation frameworks, employee benefits, and labor relations matters.
2) HR Management (Vietnam and Oversea Offices)
- Oversee and ensure HR operations in Vietnam and overseas offices (Singapore & Hong Kong) are conducted proactively and in compliance with both company policies and local labor laws.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the company’s HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, training & development, operations, and administration; accountable to the Board of Directors for overall human capital management.
- Conduct HR analytics and prepare periodic reports to support strategic workforce planning and operational management.
- Develop and execute annual HR plans, including budgeting and implementation oversight.
- Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute annual company events and engagement programs (Company Trip, Team Building, Corporate Events, Year-End Party, etc.).
- Ensure HR Department compliance with ISO 27001 standards and related information security requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance regulations, and current Labor Law.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong passion for and commitment to HR-related functions.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing, open-minded, and proactive personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
