An Insight Global Client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking two Senior Human Resources Business Partners to join their team. These are newly created positions that will serve as strategic advisors to leadership and partner closely with the HR Operations Lead to support business objectives across various portfolio companies.

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in complex environments, can work independently, and has deep expertise supporting government contracting organizations, unionized workforces, and labor compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, restructuring initiatives, and talent deployment strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Interpret and advise on compliance requirements related to labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and government contracting regulations.
  • Build trusted relationships across assigned business units and portfolio companies.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy and strategic influence while navigating complex HR challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • 4–5+ years supporting government contracting organizations.
  • Strong experience working with:
  • Service Contract Act (SCA)
  • Davis-Bacon Act
  • Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
  • Union labor environments
  • Demonstrated success advising leaders on organizational design, workforce restructuring, and talent strategy.
  • Experience providing executive and leadership coaching.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to organizational goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PHR Certification strongly preferred.
