Job role :
The purpose of this position is to lead the total HR function of the respective business unit . The HR Manager will be responsible for all components of the HR function; and is expected to play a pivotal role in the delivery of Teef Najd Group. This role will report to the BU General Manager, will operate under the respective , and will have a dotted line connection to the operator’s respective corporate HR (Teef Najd Group).
- Functions and Responsibilities: • Develop and/or review HR "Best Practices" periodically.
- Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Manage human resources operations by recruiting, training, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, and quality.
- Participate in job interviews required for managerial and/or important positions.
- Develop and communicate competitive compensation and benefit plans.
- Manage updates to HR policies and procedures. • Manage and review training & and development programs quarterly with the Head of Departments.
- Develop internal communication strategies and processes to keep projects, programs, and/or departments informed on critical issues, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the process of renewal of the medical insurance policy.
- Comply with legal requirements, company policy, and MOL.
- Supervise Government Relations process & and status related to staff.
- Manage employee expenses and claims.
- Review records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as turnover rates, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism.
- Manage employee relation issues (conduct, discipline, and adherence to policies and labor law).
- Ensure HR plans align with Teef Najd Group mission and objectives.
- Develop & implement departmental budget.
- Oversee and measure BU KPI’s, performance reviews, and annual bonuses.
- Oversee all HR engagement initiatives & loyalty programs pursuing an attractive working environment.
- Review the Manpower plan periodically.
- Oversee the disciplinary process, policy, procedure, and respective SOP’s.
- Oversee Organizational & Development functions & analyze business structures.

- To remain open-minded and take on additional roles, responsibilities, and projects as per direction/need.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master in Human Resource Management or in a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
• prefer who has experience in construction filed.
• Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Understanding of Saudi Labor Law
• Proven years of relevant experience.
• CIPD L5 or 7, SHRM, PHR/SPHR is a plus.
