Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, located in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Human Resources Officer will handle various HR-related responsibilities, including managing HR operations, developing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, conducting recruitment activities, and creating job descriptions. The role involves collaborating with team members and management to support workforce development and ensure compliance with HR standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies.
- Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations is a strong advantage.
