Leave Management Specialist
Solvo Global is looking for a Leave Management Specialist to support one of our clients. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in guiding employees and leadership through complex leave processes with clarity and empathy.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Remote (based in Kenya)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee leave cases, from intake to return-to-work.
- Administer programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, Short-Term Disability, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, supervisors, and client leadership on leave-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and HR teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide trusted guidance to clients on leave management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in leave management, employee relations, or benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and disability coordination.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
