Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, assertive, and with high integrity
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage industrial relations between the company and employees in a professional and positive working environment
- Coordinate with relevant external parties (Manpower Office, government authorities, and other stakeholders)
- Control and manage company licensing and permit
- Responsible for preparing and presenting employee attendance reports
- Monitor and validate employee attendance data and medical claims
- Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.)
