🧾 Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to oversee the strategy, design, and operations of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
This role will be responsible for driving infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, and operational excellence, while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across all platforms.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Operations teams
- Define and execute Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) including architecture and optimization
- Manage on-premise infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, data centers)
- Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives and cloud migration programs
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems
- Implement and manage ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Lead DevOps and automation initiatives (CI/CD, containers, orchestration)
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams
- Manage vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers
- Oversee BCP, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity planning
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency
🧠 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 9+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Operations
- 2–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong experience in:
- Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, Hybrid, Multi-Cloud)
- Virtualization & Containers (VMware, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Operating Systems (Linux / Windows)
- Networking & Security
- IT Operations & Service Management
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud transformation projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
