A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are an advantage.
- Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale civil infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and infrastructure engineering practices.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or public works).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications.
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
