Interim SEND Reform Programme Lead Based in London, hybrid working Length: likely 6 months We are working with a London Local Authority who are looking to appoint a senior SEN expert to take their Reform Programme forward. To be successful in this role you, you will:
Be required to translate the SEND Reform plan into a programme of work, including driving forward planning, managing risk, building stakeholder relationships and having ownership of delivery Be able to grip and native complex multi agency ways of working and stakeholders Bring vast SEND experience in a Local Authority Be able to evidence success in a transformation programme across SEN Have the ability to be credible with senior stakeholders, delivery project assurance and have overarching responsibility for programme delivery and pace
