About the Role
In alignment with the company's strategic goals and annual operational plans, this role focuses on building an international platform, managing overseas sales channels, and developing a global business team. You will lead the team to expand strategic global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, China's top 500 enterprises, private-sector leaders, publicly listed firms, and industry frontrunners in niche markets. Additionally, you will oversee market management and service delivery in North America, Australia and New Zealand regions to support the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
1.Expand target strategic customers in North America, Australia and New Zealand
- Market Research & Analysis. Conduct systematic market research, perform statistical analysis on customers, competitors, and niche market segments. Regularly submit high-quality market analysis reports to provide data-driven support for business decisions.
- Overseas Marketing Event Planning & Execution. Organize and oversee overseas exhibitions, industry exchange meetings, seminars, and product promotion events. Ensure efficient execution and maximize brand exposure and market influence.
- Global Strategic Account Development & Maintenance. Focus on high-quality overseas projects and high-value clients. Accelerate the strategic expansion and maintenance of global target accounts, such as Fortune 500 companies. Lead the decision-making process for quotations and bids on major projects.
2.International Strategy Planning
- In alignment with the company's strategy, lead the annual formulation of the international strategic plan for the following year.
- Oversee the execution of strategic objectives, including international revenue growth, talent development, and overseas expansion.
3.Annual KPI Management
- Break down the company's annual business targets (e.g., shipments, cash collection, net profit, new contract signings) into specific KPIs for regions and individuals to ensure performance goals are met.
- Develop the annual departmental budget and strictly control its execution.
- Collect and analyze competitor information to maintain a healthy competitive landscape and safeguard the company's interests.
- Responsible for collecting payments within the designated region, formulating accounts receivable control measures, managing the scale, and bearing management responsibility.
4.Team Management
- Develop the international sales team, collaborate on recruiting outstanding talent, optimize team structure, and enhance overall operational capability.
5.External Liaison
- Effectively liaise and coordinate with external parties. Actively connect with overseas government entities, business councils, industry associations, embassies, and consulates. Integrate advantageous resources to support business expansion.
6.Risk Control
- Be proficient in Contract Law, customs regulations, and company policies. Ensure all business operations are compliant and legal, and mitigate the risk of violations and misconduct.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas marketing, including at least 2 years of team management experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical, judgment, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong execution ability and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to work under high pressure, with meticulous and thoughtful execution, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with foreign trade management and import-export processes, as well as related business knowledge.
- Solid understanding of international market dynamics and relevant industry policies and regulations.
- Extensive experience in sales and management.
- Proficient in sales-related office software, with knowledge of AI applications and theories.
Preferred Qualifications
- With deep understanding of local business culture and practices.
- Experience in the cable/energy/tech industry is preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus for HQ communication.
