We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead complex, end-to-end sales activities in the global defense market. The role includes full ownership of the sales cycle – from opportunity identification and lead generation through negotiation and closing of strategic deals – while working directly with government and defense organizations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage full sales cycles (E2E): opportunity identification, proposal leadership, negotiations, and closing deals, including initial post-sale engagement
  • Drive international sales growth across defense and government markets
  • Management of direct sales activities and international channel/partner networks
  • Leading complex commercial negotiations and proposal processes (RFI / RFP / RFQ)
  • Promote advanced technology solutions, with a focus on C2 / C4I systems and software-based platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Close collaboration with engineering, product, and program teams
  • Representation of the organization in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense exhibitions
  • Report to the VP Sales & Marketing

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in international defense sales – mandatory
  • Strong track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes end-to-end
  • Experience working with government and defense customers
  • Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to operate in complex system environments
  • Experience with C2 / C4I systems – an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English; additional language – advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
